In-Person Services
Perfect for those local to Hastings and the surrounding area, these sessions are hands-on, energising and built around your goals.
Weekly Circuits Class — £5 per session – Every 5th class FREE
An hour-long high-intensity workout to boost strength, stamina and energy levels. Open to all abilities.
Small Group PT — £30 per session (up to 3 people)
An hour-long training session for you and up to two others. Great for friends or clubmates training together.
1-to-1 Personal Training — £30 per session
Private, focused coaching in a fully equipped gym space. Tailored entirely to you.

“Thank you Rhys! I ran the Edinburgh Marathon in 4h 46m 56s and I smashed my target of a sub 5 hour marathon. I took 20 minutes off my Brighton marathon time!! Now you may think that is not so amazing BUT, I had never been able to run distance even as a child and only began aiming for 5k 11 years ago! Also, I am 61 in a few days!!
